Grocerplan or a macro planner?

If you eat to daily macro targets, use a planner built on them: Eat This Much's site says a free account can set macro targets and its free plan makes daily meal plans, while weekly plans and the automatic grocery list need Premium. Grocerplan suits you if you want a free week of dinners and one grocery list, leaning toward protein rather than built to a number.

Honest limits

•
No calorie or macro targets. Grocerplan does not plan to a number of grams or calories, and there is no food diary or barcode scanner.
•
The one-tap Plan my week does not look at protein. Under Tune options, the High-Protein plan style scores up dinners with 30 g of protein or more per serving, more so at 40 g, and scores down those under 15 g. It leans the week toward protein; it is not a target.
•
Protein, calories, carbs, fat and costs are estimates from our recipe data.
•
The High-Protein collection mixes dinners with some lunches, breakfasts and snacks, so not every recipe in it is a dinner.
•
A small catalog: 137 recipes, 78 of them dinners. Keto, Low Carb, Paleo, Whole30 and Mediterranean have few recipes so far, so plans for them mix in other dinners and say so.
•
A website, not an App Store or Google Play app. It works in your phone's browser.
