Start the connection from Grocerplan in ChatGPT. On the Grocerplan permission screen, check the signed-in account. Choose “Use a different account” if needed, then sign in and review the requested permissions.

If you connect more than one account, choose the intended connection in ChatGPT before requesting a list. A saved list from a different account will not be accessible. Past conversations may still contain information from the account used at that time.

Open Profile → Connected apps in Grocerplan to disconnect. This stops new requests through that connection while keeping your saved grocery lists. Remove or reconnect the connection in ChatGPT as needed.

Save your draft, check quantities and open the exact saved list to make changes. Budget estimates cover recipe ingredients, not live store prices or the full cost of packages, fees and delivery.

Instacart chooses suggested products. Review each match, package size and ingredient label before checking out. Grocerplan prepares a shopping link; it cannot place an order, charge you or reserve a delivery time. For an order you already placed, contact Instacart through its help options.
